Mission of DELTA, Inc.
The mission of Diverse Educational Life Training Activities, Incorporated is to partner with the Huntsville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. , churches, and other community organizations to provide programs and activities aimed at improving the quality of life and promoting the general welfare of the residents of the Northern Alabama area.
PURPOSE
DELTA, Inc. is a organization that was incorporated in 1994 and received 501 (c)(3) tax exempt status in August 2001.
DELTA, Inc was established to:

Improve the quality of life and promote the social welfare of the residents of the North Alabama Area through aggressive programs in educational development, economic development, physical and mental health, and political awareness;

Engage in such charitable, benevolent, educational, civic, social, cultural, and literary activities as deemed necessary to promoting the social welfare and improving the quality of life of the residents of Northern Alabama.
